1. Who we are

PactWithNature.app is the business behind this site. It is a new company in its pre-launch stage, and its registration as a limited liability company is under way; this page will show the registered name and address as soon as that is complete.

PactWithNature sells packaged, farm-direct foods online: ceremonial matcha, raw honey, coffee, tea, chocolate, dates, cashews, açaí, a greens supplement called THE ORIGIN and an extra virgin olive oil called THE COVENANT. You can reach us at support@pactwithnature.app.

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that the details you give us are true.

2. Pre-orders

PactWithNature is a new company. Everything we sell is a pre-order:

• Your payment is taken when you check out.
• Your order ships 15–30 days from your purchase date. That time is shown on product pages, in your cart and at checkout.
• You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
• If we cannot ship within 30 days we tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund. If we cannot ship at all, we refund you in full.

An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product becomes unavailable, a price was shown in obvious error, or we suspect fraud.

3. The Farmer Sourcing Transparency Pact

Before you can pay, we ask you to read and accept our Farmer Sourcing Transparency Pact. It says, plainly, that we are at a pre-launch stage: the growing regions and sourcing standards on our product pages are real, and the individual farm behind each batch is confirmed before that batch ships, not before you order. If you ask us to, we email you the farmer's name and story before your order leaves.

The Pact is part of these terms. We keep a record of the version you accepted and when.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Your cart shows the regular price, any saving, the subtotal, shipping and the total.
• Founding prices and time-limited offers apply only while they are shown to you. An offer that has ended is not applied afterwards.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Where a product is offered as a subscription, the price of your first delivery and the price of later deliveries are both shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. You pay today for the first delivery only. Before each later delivery, about every 30 days, we email you, and that delivery is sent and charged only after you confirm it. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time, at no cost, by replying to that email or writing to us. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms. In short: cancel free before shipping; 30 days after delivery to ask for a refund if you are not satisfied; damaged or wrong items replaced or refunded.

7. Nature Credits

Nature Credits are our loyalty rewards. You earn them through orders and activities we describe on the site, and you redeem them with PactWithNature for products and other rewards we offer.

• Credits are not money. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Eco-stays and other experiences shown on the site are not on sale at launch. They are planned as a later benefit for members, and no credit balance is a promise of a booking.
• Credits earned on an order that is refunded are removed. Credits spent on a refunded order are returned.
• We may change how credits are earned or what they can be redeemed for. If we ever close the programme we give at least 60 days' notice so you can use your balance.
• We may remove credits obtained by fraud or by abusing the programme.

8. Products, food and supplements

We describe products as accurately as we can. Natural foods vary from harvest to harvest in colour, taste and texture. Please read each label for ingredients, allergens and storage before you eat or drink a product.

THE ORIGIN is a food supplement, not a medicine. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it.

Where we say a certification is in progress or is a target, it means exactly that: it has not yet been granted.

9. Your account and messages from us

When you sign up or order we email you about your order. We send other emails, at most two a week, and text messages, at most two a month, only if you agreed to them, and you can stop either at any time: use the link in any email or reply STOP to any text. How we use your information is in our Privacy Policy.

10. Using the site

The words, pictures, designs and names on this site belong to PactWithNature or to those who let us use them. You may view and share pages for your own use. Please do not copy the site for commercial use, try to break or overload it, or use it to deceive anyone.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we put it right: we replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be signed away.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our failure.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PactWithNature is registered.
